A KCR Emergency Name Sign is a decoration block, representing a sign pointing to the Emergency Button introduced before the KCR & MTR Merger.
This type of sign can still be commonly seen in Tuen Ma Line (Tai Wai -> Wu Kai Sha)/Ma On Shan Line in real life.

Issues
This block model is bigger than Minecraft's limit (1 x 1.5 x 1 block), the hitbox has been forcibly increased and player may have difficulty selecting the block.
